Innovations in the world, in Europe, in Latvia

Vilnis Dimza, in cooperation with the Institute of Economics of the Latvian Academy of Sciences, published the book “Innovations in the World, Europe, Latvia” in 2003 ISBN 9984-9574-5-4

Theoretical research of innovation is a new field of research. The author of the book has gathered a wide range of information on the nature, manifestations, conditions and impact of innovation on people’s lives, and has enriched it with his judgments and evaluations. The book does not lack interesting and useful examples, statistics and conclusions. It will be useful for lecturers and students, government employees and entrepreneurs, all who want to get acquainted with today’s most interesting phenomenon – innovation, and are interested in the possibilities and conditions for the introduction of the “new economy”.
