In 2014, Stanislav Keys together with Andris Kozlovskis published the book “Regional Development in Latvia: Course of Administrative Territorial Process, Problems, Solutions & Regional Development in Latvia: Course, Problems and Solutions of Administrative Territorial Reform” ISBN 978-9984-835-80-8

The monograph consists of four chapters. The first and second chapters of the monograph consist of a text in Latvian, but the third and fourth chapters – of the English translation of the first and second chapters.
