Study “Economic Transformation, Smart Growth, Governance and the Legal Framework for the Sustainable Development of the State and Society – New Approaches to Building a Sustainable Knowledge Society”

The research is carried out within the framework of the EKOSOC-LV program in order to create a knowledge base on the sustainable development processes of the state and society and to form a theoretical basis for sustainable development strategies and policies.

The study uses research and development of methods, models and solutions that would ensure the establishment of a system of cooperation between the public sector, science, education system and business, and promote innovation and business development, as well as promote Latvian economic restructuring in the context of smart specialization strategy.
