Problems of regional administrative-territorial division reform in Latvia

Stanislav Keys together with Andris Kazinovskis, in cooperation with the Institute of Economics of the Latvian Academy of Sciences, in 2001 published a book “Problems of Regional Administrative Territorial Division Reform in Latvia”.

The authors have been conducting in-depth research on regional issues since 1996. The results of the research have been reflected in 23 publications, about which they have been presented at conferences in Latvia and abroad.

Several authors (Cajonovs A., Vulis A., Karnite L.) in cooperation with the Institute of Economics of the Latvian Academy of Sciences, in 2001 published the book “Cooperation in the Vision of Alexander Chajanov and Contemporary” ISBN 9984-9964-8-1.

The aim of the book is to acquaint Latvian readers with the most significant findings of Alexander Chajonov, the theoretical founder of cooperation, summarized in the “Short Course on Cooperation” published in Russia in 1925.

The book deals in detail with the procedure for the execution of customs procedures for the processing of new goods, the customs documents required for their application and their execution.
